Youth Mentorship Program — Official Payment Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Youth Mentorship Program. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, the following payment policy has been established.
Program Investment
The Youth Mentorship Program is a structured 3-month (12-week) program designed to provide consistent mentorship, leadership development, and life skills training for youth.
Monthly Payment Option:
The program fee is $125 or $175 per student per month for the duration of the 3-month program.
Payment Schedule
- Monthly payments are due on or before the first session of each month.
- Payments must be made in full to secure and maintain the student’s place in the program.
- A student’s enrollment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Late Payments
- A grace period of 3 days will be allowed after the due date.
- If payment is not received within the grace period, participation in sessions may be temporarily paused until the balance is settled.
- Consistent late payments may result in withdrawal from the program to allow placement for another student.
Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.
- If a student withdraws from the program, payments already made will not be refunded.
- In the rare event that the program is canceled by the organizers, a full refund for unused sessions will be issued.
Missed Sessions
- Fees are based on program enrollment, not attendance.
- Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited.
- When possible, brief session summaries or assignments may be provided to help students stay on track.

- Online Payment Platform
- Bank Transfer or Approved Electronic Payment Method

Commitment to the Program
Enrollment in the Youth Mentorship Program represents a commitment to participate for the full duration of the 3-month program. This commitment helps maintain program consistency, group stability, and a positive learning environment for all participants.
